Welcome! I’m Rosa, a fully qualified Fitness Professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Fitness Industry, starting out as an Aerobics Instructor teaching freestyle aerobics classes (yep, back in the G-string leotard days!) From here my passion grew and I undertook further study to become a gym floor instructor and lifeguard.

Wanting to have more of a direct impact on people’s health and wellbeing, I then studied to become a personal trainer.

I have continued to train in different programs such as Yoga, Pilates and aqua classes to allow me to reach a wider demographic of the Community.

Working as a Group Fitness Manager and Assistant Club Manager gave me the opportunity to connect on a different level with Club members and clients. Yet I still felt I had more to offer them on their journey to health and wellness.

Finally, it was the role of Food Coach which provided me with the perfect avenue to share my own personal journey of improved health and wellness through nutrition and addressing emotional issues, and it was here I felt I had the best impact.

Yoga studies have further assisted my self-development and growth, and reinforced that my ‘soul purpose’ is to help people feel better about themselves and their lives.  I run private or small group guided relaxation/meditation sessions which can be tailored to your specific needs and may include Reiki.
