I’m a woman with a vast array of work and life skills, qualifications and most of all, experience!

An empty nester, currently living with my wonderfully supportive partner, Charlie, and cheeky little furkid, a cat named Batman, on the beautiful Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia . My kids are adults and both live interstate, forging their paths following the beat of their own drums.

To briefly sum up my skills and experience and what brought me to this exciting time in my life, I have :

Worked in a variety of customer-related roles in different types of industries spanning over a career of 30 years; and

Worked in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Supervisor, Food Coach, and Lifeguard.

I currently teach Pilates, Aqua, Yoga and freestyle classes in the southern Gold Coast area as a freelance Fitness Professional

Yoga studies have further promoted my self-development and growth, and reinforced that my ‘sole purpose’ is to connect with women, as well as connect them with each other, and help them feel better about themselves and their lives.

I am a proud Ambassador for Body Image Movement and keenly promote healthy body image. I also strongly advocate women taking the time to ‘fill their own cup’ so they can continue to do what they do so well – nourish and nurture their loved ones.

I am so ready to help you find connecton. I won’t shame you, I won’t judge you. I will provide you with a safe place to talk, vent, rant, rave, cry, learn and grow.

The only comparison you need to make is the one with your SELF – the person you were yesterday. We are so hung up on having what others have – skinny, strong, athletic, rich, popular, blonde, tall, tanned skin, big house, flash car, celebrity status – that we lose sight of what’s important, we lose sight of our SELF and this is where our unhappiness lies.

Why do I know this? Because I spent much of my life trying to be like everyone else so people would like me. I thought I wanted the white picket fence, the corporate job, a husband, a son, a daughter and a pet TO FIT IN. But I wasn’t happy. I was always searching – a new job, a new partner, a new place to live – until the moment I realised that happiness is intrinsic. It is inside of me. I just had to find it and FEED IT.

profile-pic-1Knowing, and practising this, through my life and work experience, yoga, reading, and ongoing self-development gives me the right tools to

help you find your inner happiness.
