Do you want to be a healthier and happier version of yourself but need someone to motivate you and keep you accountable? With extensive life and fitness experience plus all the relevant qualifications, I am well-suited to help motivate you on your journey.

Do you recognise that in order to be able to live your life to your full potential, you need to practise self-care but you don’t really know what that is let alone take time out for yourself?

As your Health and Wellness Coach, I will help you. I won’t shame you, I won’t judge you. I will listen, I will reflect back to you what I’m hearing and will challenge your thinking.

As a Health and Wellness Coach I can help you find the motivation and tools to reach your holistic health goals. These goals might include:

*Getting healthier   *Eating better   *Lowering stress   *Getting fitter    *Getting stronger     *Feeling better about my life     *Learning how to relax/meditate     *Learning how to love your Self     *Learning self-care and why it’s important for your health

Unlike a nutritionist or physical therapist, who makes specific diet and exercise suggestions, a Health and Wellness Coach will assist you in making better general choices that fit your lifestyle. I can help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Aren’t as healthy as you’d like to be? | Have a lot of stress? | Don’t have an acceptable work-life balance? | Have poor self-esteem? | Want to learn how to take advantage of your own strengths and talents?  | Want to learn how to fill your cup?  | Want to learn what it means to love your Self?

HOW DOES IT WORK?

♦ We’ll sit down together over the telephone/Skype or in person. The sessions will generally take an hour. During that time we will discuss what you want to accomplish.

♦ Through me asking questions, together we will define your goals and challenges that could stand in your way. I will then outline steps you will need to take to achieve those goals.

♦ I may give you homework assignments — things to think about or do between coaching sessions to work toward your goals. You might need to write in a journal or create “action plans” of things you want to accomplish.

♦ I will offer support and guidance along the way, and hold you accountable for achieving your goals.

♦ You may work with me for a period of a few months or longer. The time frame depends on how often we meet and what you’re hoping to accomplish.

♦ If you live on the southern end of the Gold Coast, I can tailor packages that include Reiki and personal training, if that’s what we decide you need to achieve your health and wellness goals.

♦ I can also conduct a home visit for local clients to check your pantry and fridge and help with healthier food choices, as well as make a trip to the Supermarket, Fruit & Veg shop or local Farmers Markets with you.

♦ Sessions can be one-0n-one if you live on the Gold Coast, by telephone, Skype or email.
